The 19th of March in Spain we celebrate "San José" and this is the moment when "Fallas" celebration starts every year. The Spanish best known is the one celebrates in Valencia but a lot of Valencian coastal cities prepare their own Fallas. It is  a holiday in which art and fire are the focus.
